Sanford (Sandy) Fisher is President & CEO of Treble Clef LLC, a Florida and New York-based company that specializes in producing and presenting cabaret and nightclub shows as well as providing production, marketing and special events services to corporations and non-profit organizations in the media, music, and performing arts fields. Mr. Fisher has produced numerous successful cabaret shows including Carole J. Bufford's sold out shows, "You Don't Own Me: The Fearless Females of the 60s"; Eric Yves Garcia's enthusiastically received and glowingly reviewed new show, "Keepers of the Keys" at Feinstein's/54 Below in New York City; "The Tender Trap", Stephanie Blythe’s sold out debut at Feinstein's/54Below as well as "We'll Meet Again" Stephanie's critically-acclaimed tribute to Kate Smith at the Mahaiwe Theatre in Great Barrington, MA; Maureen O’Flynn’s celebrated cabaret show, "At the Crossroads", first performed in the Berkshires and subsequently at Feinstein’s at the Regency Hotel in New York; and "Roots, Roles & Rhymes" starring John Davidson, and many more.

Mr. Fisher has also served as Executive Producer of "Hart to Hart", a Metropolitan Opera Guild tribute to Kitty Carlisle and Moss Hart hosted by Beverly Sills and Julie Andrews at Avery Fisher Hall, and as Executive Producer of a revival of Terrance McNally’s Tony Award-winning play, "Master Class", at the Broadhurst Theater, featuring Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Edie Falco, Dixie Carter, Maria Tucci, and Leslie Uggams. Mr. Fisher has also produced numerous special events including “Opera Goes to the Movies” at the Metropolitan Museum of Art hosted by Joanne Woodward and at Austin Opera hosted by Robert Faires, editor of the Austin Chronicle.

 

From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Fisher served as General Director and CEO of the Berkshire Opera Company. In that capacity, he oversaw all aspects of the company’s two fully staged operas each summer as well as numerous annual concerts and special events. During Mr. Fisher’s tenure at BOC, he produced the critically-acclaimed world premiere of "Summer", an opera by American composer Stephen Paulus that was commissioned by the Berkshire Opera Company; a gala concert performance of "Carmen" at Tanglewood’s Ozawa Hall featuring Denyce Graves in the title role; and the first complete commercial recording of Gian Carlo Menotti’s "The Consul" on Newport Classics featuring the cast of BOC’s production.

 

From 1976 to 1996, Mr. Fisher was President & CEO of CEL Communications, a publicly traded media company where he was engaged in the development and production of programs and series for the television, theatrical, home video, interactive and educational markets. Mr. Fisher is the recipient of two Outstanding Informational Series national Emmy Awards as the Executive Producer of "Creativity with Bill Moyers" and "A Walk Through the Twentieth Century", as well as the George Foster Peabody Award for the latter. He has also won two national Cable Ace Awards for "The Animal Express" starring Joan Embery, a series of 130 half-hour programs from the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park and "SportsProbe", a weekly “Meet The Press” of sports. Mr. Fisher has also produced two off-Broadway shows: "Laughing Matters", a musical comedy starring Linda Wallem and Peter Tolan and directed by Martin Charnin, and "Clever Jack", an original musical starring the First All Children’s Theatre.  He is a former Director of Program Development & Business Affairs for the CBS Television Stations Division where he was instrumental in developing "The Muppet Show" as well as the successful "Dinah!" series with Dinah Shore.

Mr. Fisher is a member of the board of directors of The Metropolitan Opera, the Richard Tucker Music Foundation, The Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Palm Beach Opera, the Mabel Mercer Foundation and is active in numerous other arts and community organizations.

Isanne Fisher is the Artistic Director of Treble Clef LLC. Prior to joining Treble Clef, Isanne served in the same capacity at Berkshire Cabaret for more than four years. In addition to her role at Treble Clef, Isanne is currently an active member of the Board of Directors of Barrington Stage Company where she has been instrumental in the support of mainstage cabaret programming including “Divalicious” starring the incomparable duo of Ann Hampton Calloway and Amanda McBroom as well as “Broadway & Beyond” starring Broadway’s “Golden Couple, Marin Mazzie and Jason Danieley. She looks forward to playing an active role in the development of Barrington Stage’s recently added venue, Mr. Finn’s Cabaret. Mrs. Fisher is also in the process of completing her three year tenure on the board of the Maltz Jupiter Theatre in Florida where she has taken on many roles as an active member of this acclaimed producing theater company.

Mrs. Fisher was a member of the board of directors of the Palm Beach Opera Guild and has been active with Kids 4 Harmony, an organization committed to bringing the El Sistema music learning program to needy school age children. As a member of numerous board committees including those of the Metropolitan Opera, The Boston Symphony Orchestra and Banyan Country Club, Isanne has chaired many fabulous and successful events and galas.
